Yoga has an extensive history and is thousands of years old, but most of what we use today comes from the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. These Sutras contain an 8 point blue print for controlling the restlessness of the mind. The core of the Sutra is the 8 limbed path that forms the structural framework for Yoga Practice. Each part of a holistic focus that brings completeness as an individual goes on their journey of spiritual connection!
