Through the use of MVMNT Services, all bases of fitness are covered.

YOGA allows for increases in physical strength, flexibility & allows you to tune in to mind and body. Practicing the postures, breathing exercises and meditation makes you healthier in body, mind and spirit.

PERSONAL TRAINING allows you to achieve your goals with confidence and education. Be it weight loss, body transformation through correct training techniques, athletic performance enhancement and simply to rocket boost your confidence in all aspects of life!

MASSAGE allows you to take care of your body for maintenance, pain reduction and recovery. An experienced professional individually tailors and treats you for what you NEED – be it deep tissue, or relaxation and recovery.

All three services can be combined, or used as a pick and mix on what you require. For me, it is incredibly important for us to appreciate the importance of taking care of ourselves.

No one likes an injury, be it the dreaded low back pain and sciatica, shoulder and neck pain or injuries caused by poor technique or posture or as a result of a sporting mishap! Prehabilitation is a fantastic concept that includes the use of Exercise, therapeutic techniques to increase joint mobility, stability, strength and control, Yoga and relaxation and massage therapy which all combine to best prepare you for an injury and pain free life!

If failing to prepare is preparing to fail, then failing to PREhabilitate is preparing to REhabilitate.
